Fengche Signs Contract with Well-Known Freight Platform - Huolala

         Fengche (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. recently officially signed a cooperation agreement with the well-known freight platform Huolala. The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as second-hand vehicle asset transactions and bulk commercial vehicle disposal. Fengche will fully leverage its leading digital capabilities and platform advantages accumulated in China's used car sector to assist Huolala Group in asset disposal and business process digitalization, standardization, online management, and process control, achieving added value for second-hand vehicle assets and helping the group create sustainable value.
In addition to assisting Huolala Group in disposing of second-hand vehicle assets through the National Auction Platform, Fengche will also integrate Huolala's logistics services on the platform, enabling seamless connection for logistics dispatch and order acceptance between the two platforms. This allows transactions for second-hand vehicles, scrapped vehicles, and asset vehicles on the National Auction Platform to be supported by digital logistics services, facilitating smooth cross-regional circulation across the country and in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Buyers of second-hand vehicles who require logistics services can place orders online with a single click, further enhancing the user experience. Huolala's international reach, covering 11 countries and regions worldwide, will also bring mutually beneficial opportunities for the global development of Fengche and the National Auction Platform's cross-border business.
