       Fengche (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and China Import Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongjin Auto Trade") recently officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas such as the group's full-process inventory management system for used cars, integration of business and finance, and used car auction transactions.
Fengche will fully leverage its leading digital capabilities and advantages accumulated in China's used car sector to help Zhongjin Group achieve digitalization, standardization, online management, and process control of the group's used car business processes, thereby further accelerating the development of the group's used car business.


About China Import Automobile Trade Co., Ltd.

China Jin Automotive Trade was originally under the State Economic and Trade Commission. After the reform of state institutions, as a key national enterprise, it was successively managed by the Central Large Enterprise Work Committee and directly by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. In the field of automotive trade services, regarding imports, Zhongjin Auto Trade started in 1993 with the "automobile balanced trade" between China and the United States. Since then, it has successively cooperated with General Motors in 1995, Chrysler in 2003, Volkswagen in 2005, Jaguar Land Rover in 2009, and Aston Martin in 2017, becoming a full-chain service provider for multiple well-known multinational automobile companies. Currently, the imported car brands serviced by Zhongjin Auto Trade include Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, JEEP, Alfa Romeo, and imported Volkswagen. As for domestic cars, in recent years, Zhongjin Auto Trade has actively expanded into the services sector for domestic joint ventures and independent brands, establishing and continuously deepening cooperation with automakers and new retail platforms, building a service capability system adapted to the new retail model.

In the field of automotive logistics services, regarding imports, Zhongjin Automotive Trading continues to enhance its automotive import service capability system that integrates both software and hardware. It has nearly 400,000 square meters of storage capacity across the ports of Tianjin, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, providing full-chain services including vehicle customs clearance, inspection, warehousing, logistics, new car PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), and vehicle preparation. For domestic cars, Zhongjin Automotive Trading actively expands warehousing and logistics services for domestic joint venture and independent brands, establishing a storage network with over 80 regional centers in major cities nationwide. This enables secondary logistics services from regional centers to dealerships, effectively shortening delivery times and significantly improving customer satisfaction. Currently, the brands for which Zhongjin Automotive Trading provides logistics services include Jaguar Land Rover, Tesla, Aston Martin, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Porsche, and others. The comprehensive service information system independently developed by Zhongjin Automotive Trading fully realizes the entire process and visual management of vehicle import, warehousing, PDI, logistics transportation, financial settlement, and KPI control, creating an integrated automotive logistics service platform that spans multiple brands, ports, and cities.

In the automotive retail service sector, Zhongjin Qimao focuses on imported brands, high-end luxury brands, and mid-to-high-end joint venture brands. To date, Zhongjin Qimao has participated in or held stakes in 29 4S dealerships and represents 14 automotive brands. The service brands include Jaguar Land Rover, Alfa Romeo, JEEP, Volkswagen imports, Lexus, BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Honda, among others, primarily concentrated in areas with growth potential such as Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan and the Yangtze River Delta, and has initially formed regional scale efficiencies.
